A church for children
ICF is not only for adults but also for kids.
During the 9.30 a.m. service, we from ICF Kids celebrate our own Celebration together.
In the newly designed rooms, the kids experience fellowship and real friendship, games, creative craft activities and hear a story from the Bible every time.
The ICF Kids Team loves to teach kids how cool it is to be on the road with Jesus. Feel free to come along and get to know us.
For regular updates, info and tips, check out our ICF KIDS and Family Telegram Channel.
Every Sunday at 9.30 a.m. the 2-5 year olds can experience their first Kids Celebration! Parents can come along as needed or leave their child in the children’s church. Together we discover that God, our King, especially loves the little ones and has made them wonderful! We sing together, do handicrafts, play games and have a snack together!
All preschoolers and school children also start at 09.30 with the Kids Celebration! We have lots of time to play, dance and sing. We explore the Bible together and discuss how we can apply this to our lives.
In small groups, the focus is on the children and their experiences. This way, the children can make friends and get their questions out.
Safety at ICF KIDS
Safety is our top priority so that parents can enjoy the Celebration in peace. The children are dropped off by the parents before the Celebration and picked up again afterwards. The ICF Kids staff are carefully selected in personal interviews and provide an extended certificate of good conduct. They also receive regular training and further education.
Once a year we celebrate a light party together, because God is stronger than the darkness.
There is food around the campfire, autumnal crafts, many more loving play stations and a message.
This year the lights party will take place on 29 October 2023.
5 days of endless fun, bouncy castles, water slides, action-packed games and energetic stage shows - this and much more awaits children aged 6-12 at CAMISSIO CAMP2GO in Essen.
From 08.07. to 12.07. 2024, the mobile summer day camp will be here in Essen next year. In addition to fun and good humour, the children will be taught Christian values such as love, respect, forgiveness and hope and shown appreciation.
